Apartment is new, very well furnished, very beautiful. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and to make coffee. There were food supplies in the fridge for breakfast (bread, butter, jam, juice, water etc. ) and instant coffee (and sugar, milk) available. Bathroom had shampoo, shower gel and even body cream, not forgetting bath robe and slippers. Everything is exactly as you can see in photos. Textiles (curtains, bed clothes, towels) and kitchen dishes are very good quality. Even towels for the beach are available! All in all, apartment has been fixed with time, good planning and a lot of love!
Outside + inside doors have a code system, which is very good and simply to use. Location is few minutes by car from the center of Portaria (parking available). There are other houses around but not so that they would disturb. View from the balcony was absolutely fantastic. Finally, Mr. Nikos was extremely good host, helpful, friendly and always available - whatever you need or ask for, he is of assistance! Thank you!

I enjoyed my second stay at the apartment. It has an unbeatable location near the port, the city centre and the central bus station. Ultra clean, with e host always present; satisfying my need for an early check in, although they had a late check out. There is no doubt I will return to this lovely apartment. And yes, it is really sunny while enjoying your coffee looking at the port of the city. It is only a couple of meters away from the city’s only private gallery and next to it there is one of the two most famous “tsipouradiko”.

Our second stay here. Communication was very good and the very friendly Natasha was there to meet us even though we were late arriving. Only a few minutes walk from the port and restaurants. Also has a handy supermarket across the road. Our home from home in Volos.

Our short stay in Portaria was exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located, has super views and breakfast! The staff is beyond than helpful and welcoming. Special thanx to Mr. Kostas at the reception desk for assisting us with the charging of our electric car!
Erofili is best placed in Portaria to enjoy the jawdropping vista of Volos, Makrinitsa and the sea. We arrived a bit early and were treated with fresh juice, ice-cold water and traditional sweets while waiting for the rooms to be prepared. The rooms are built in traditional archontiko style, cool in the morning and warm at night. Our apartment also had a small kitchenette, a coffee machine and a fridge replenished daily with water. The kids, in particular, enjoyed their individual beds, as well as the large screen TV

Impeccable cleanliness, everything is new and nicely decorated.
Vaggelis and his mother waited for us and they offered a homemade cake cooked just for us, cold water, fresh eggs and fruits.
The private parking is large and lit over the night.
