Owners are in the place most of the day and give good customer service. facility and rooms are very clean. rooms are refreshed every day (set the beds and clear trash), refresh towels every 2 days,

The apartment is very very nice,comfortable and very clean.Everything inside is new,kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need.Bathroom is also very nice and it is big.In front of the apartment you can park your car.The position of the apartment is also very good,it is in a quiet street,and steel only 3 minutes from the beach,and 2 minutes from super market.The most important thing,Mr Yannis is there whole day,always waiting for you with a smile,and ready to help if you need something.Mr Panos is also very good guy,ready to answer on every question that you have,and also ready to help you.I really recommend this apartment to everybody,and if I come back to Kala Nera,I will defenately come here again.Thanx for everything!

Our second stay here. Communication was very good and the very friendly Natasha was there to meet us even though we were late arriving. Only a few minutes walk from the port and restaurants. Also has a handy supermarket across the road. Our home from home in Volos.

Perfectly clean and modern apartment. Felt like we were the first to stay.
Excellent location meant only a few mins walk to the port. We were lucky enough to snag a parking spot downstairs but noted there is paid parking available close by.
The owner/manager of the property were extremely responsive when we had the unfortunate luck of some rowdy neighbours.
Wouldn't hesitate recommending.
