It is very new and modern decorated different from many other options. Location is very good and parking is easy. Owner is amazing, helped us a lot and at the end of out stay, she gave a little gift for memory - very kind of her. I strongly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay here for 5 nights! Dora is a great host, very communicative, helpful, thoughtful and nice. The location of the property is great! Quiet and super close to the beach and center. The room/apartment had everything you would need, was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here to everyone!
The location of the property is good with an easy access to beach where there is a private beach bar. Like 800m away from the Petra center. The car park is enough to worry less. There is cleaning everyday. The rooms need a little update, especially bathrooms but is ok for a short stay. The owner seems to be very nice at first sight but she is the least helpful person I have ever met during my entire stay on Lesvos island for a week.
Clean, neat and tidy Villa and apartments. Lush pretty well maintained gardens. The studio apartment was small but everything we needed for a week and very well equipped.
The pool was amazing. We only used it twice, not at all busy(one day we had it to ourselves nearly all day!)
The location is out of town but not too far from the main square and lots of restaurants.
Superb sunset every night
Had a lovely week at Julia's and would happily return. A few steps to the beach with free sunbeds provided by the studios. Close to shops, tavernas, bars, car rental etc but still very quiet at night. Comfortable beds, great shower, plenty of storage space, quiet free aircon, and nicely decorated in a traditional Greek style. Table and chairs inside and a cute little balcony with patio furniture for sitting out. Cleaned most days which we didn't expect at this price and a warm welcome. Perfect!
