The pool is amazing with great lounge chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the overall property feels like a beautiful paradise. And it’s 1 street over from beachfront bars, restaurants, and water excursions which may have been the best part.

We were there *for the second year in a row* and we hope we will be there next year too. I think this is enough said :)
For a family with 2 kids (2 years old and 4 years old) the location was perfect. We had there every facilities we needed (stove, washing machine, microwave oven, kitchenware). I know that for some people going to vacation means no cooking, no clothes washing... but when you are with a kid (or more :) ), to be able to do those is a huge benefit.
Besides that the host (Rena) was very friendly and helpful!

Arapiou Studios were in a perfect location, just back from the beach enough to be quiet but still so close, and perfectly located in between all the main bars and restaurants. The staff were amazing and so helpful and always there when you needed them. The apartment was spotless with everything you need and the parking was really handy as a car is a must. 35 euros per day is so much better value than taxis, we were quote 30 euros one way to Fera and 90 euros o/w to Oia!
We had an excellent stay of 7 days with 4 people in this very well run establishment.

the owner was super nice, he recommended us a lot of places to visit. he helped us with car rental and was ready to help with other stuff whenewer we needed. the accomodation was very close to the beaches and the main road with all the restaurants and bar. they cleaned all the flats every day.
