The apartments are within walking distance of the beach, and different beach bars. They were clean, well appointed and had nice extras - like coffee, milk, wine, beer and a fruit platter. The owner was super nice, and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Giovanni group apartments are located 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot from the center of Sivota, perfectly positioned to avoid the noise of the city center and tucked away in the greenery. Zavia beach is also very close. The yard is quite large and provides enough space for rest as well as for parking the car. The apartment in which we were accommodated was not large, it had two separate rooms and a part where there was a kitchen and a dining table, that part was smaller. The bathroom has just been renovated, or so it seemed like that. Everything was clean and tidy, we had no complaints.
Evan was very helpful, he was there for all of our needs.

The peace, the view, the location and the beach are fantastic. We spent 20 wonderful days. If you are missing something in the apartment, call Giorgo, who is very kind and always ready to help. Apartments are not cleaned during your stay, but sheets and towels will be brought to you whenever you call.
Everything was just perfect: the apartment, the outdoor area including the beautiful pool, the breakfast, the position and especially Maria and her husband who took great care of everything.
