This family-owned and operated hotel is located right on the beach with a stunning view of the sea. The facilities are quite nice, the room-- air-conditioned, in the small kitchennette our hosts had provided small surprises on arrival--coffee, sugar, bread, jam, etc. Very thoughtful and much appreciated!
The cafe on the ground floor is operated by the same family and serves a variety of breakfast and lunch items of excellent quality. Very nice ambiance.
Parking just right behind the building is free.

The lady was very helpfull. She answered the phone even if we were checked out. It was close to the beach, you could see it from the balcony.

The apartment was lovely with two separate bedrooms and was a great size for a family of 4. The kitchen facilities were great, bathroom was a good size and the kids loved playing the air hockey table. Owner was upstairs so very convenient to pick up the keys. Location was good with a quick 5min walk to shops if you need to pick up some items.
It was almost the right size of apartment for the Board Meetings we used it for. The location was perfect just 10-15 km outside of the city, close to the airport but not too close and with a small supermarket just downstairs, and plenty of parking around (at the side of the property)
The apartment is very well equipped and pleasant on a farm very near Thessalonkia airport. We stayed for a one night stop before an early flight. The owners are a lovely family and very helpful. They even took us to the supermarket to buy food as we had to return our hire car and gave us a lift to the airport at 5:30 am.
Palioktima is a wonderful place. Unfortunately we stayed only one night due to the flight we had to take.
It is actually a very large and comfortable house, which us devided into a couple of rooms/apartments.

The location is great also for before/after flights as it is only a few minutes drive from Thessaloniki airport.
The accommodation was perfect for an overnight stay but so well equipped you could have stayed longer. It was very clean. Hosts extremely helpful and welcoming- cold welcome beer was a nice touch. We were collected from the airport and delivered to our car rental in the morning. They even made us a delicious pizza for our evening meal. Highly recommended for a hassle free start to a holiday.
We were looking for a place to stay our last night at Thessaloniki - close to the car rental return and close to Peraia to enjoy a nice dinner. Palioktima 2 met all our needs. The team gave us a clean apartment, large bedroom, kitchenette, shower and all the facilities. They helped us to find the directions to the car rental and talked with their office to ensure they will be open. At 4:30 the Palioktima tesm knocked on our door with two large breakfast take-aways with a 'Nice trip back home' note attached to it. Outstanding 👍
