the property is set in the most picturesque and quiet place i ever experienced, down the road is the local taverna that allows the traveler to get immersed into the local culture and the locals. I wood definitely suggest booking few nights, taking some nice walks in the area and just enjoying the peace and quiet. the property was well equipped and the design took me back to my old grandmas house, with the rustic feeling.

We were there on bicycles so it was far enough from the centre of town to be peaceful and take a short ride or a nice walk in. We also had plenty of space to store our bicycles. The view from the balcony of the countryside and the hills in the background was lovely. The facilities in the apartment were very good too. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay there.

Location is little off the centre, but with car it's about 5 min drive.
The apartment inside is exactly like the photos , no surprises ( negative or positive ) heating and hot water were functional. The lady that owns the apartment had us some things for breakfast prepared (eggs in the refrigerator, some croissants, and bread with marmalade). It's in a fine location in the centre of Arcadia region and is comfortable if you have a car to drive around the area in nearby villages etc.
We were in touch with our host by phone and he made the check in very straightforward. Our apartment was impeccable: clean, well designed, and well equipped. Our bed was very comfy and the neighborhood was quiet.
Excellent location with quick access to the highway. Parking is also available. The host was very friendly and ready to assist us. This is not a room but an apartment! (almost 50^2).
