I arrived late at 10 pm and was checked in by the very friendly host Ilios who offered a complimentary welcome drink from the bar. My room was simple, clean and had very good air conditioning. I also enjoyed the nice breakfast served at the outdoor patio. The beach and the town are within easy walking distance.

This apartment got everything one may need on vacation. The flat offers a lot of space, 3 balconies and is also well-furnished. If you prefer to prepare a meal by yourself sometimes, kitchen's equipment is more than satisfying for a long stay. Moreover, one of the most relaxing beaches is just around 700 meter far away. You can reach the city for grocery & co in 2-3min by car. It takes you only 2-3 min drive to get to Lidl or max 5 min to touristic area with plenty of little stores, bars and restaurants. Moreover, you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets just from your balcony.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
All the members of the family are very friendly and are doing their job with love and passion. Optional breakfast was OK. Apartment was cleaned every day and towels changed every two days. Stergos came and pick us up at the airport and provided us with interesting information about the island, what to see and where to drive. Definetely one of the best price/performance apartments in the island and really worth to book.

There is a scooter rental right around the corner, you can rent one and go wherever your heart desires.
Whenever we go to Kos we prefer to stay low key because the local people are so friendly and hospital. Mrs Zoe and her husband are the best landlords you can imagine. We woke up every morning with the birds singing in the tree in front of our studio. Highly recommend Zoe studio❤️
The apartment was very clean, with air condition, and hosts very nice. They have welcomed us with some jam and wine from kos and help us with anything we needed during our stay.
Plus, the location is perfect for kite lovers. Very near to different kite spots so you cant miss the wind. Kos city is at 15 min by car, were you can easily park in a free parking, so its perfect.

it was all perfect, the owner was very kind and even brought us fresh flowers and a watermelon from the garden, which was very beautiful. the location is strategic to visit all the zones of the island and the house is fully inside a big green area with suggestive landscapes. the room was functional, the air conditioning works fine and the balcony is spacious. it was clean and the bedsheets and towel were changed every day.

The hostess was so friendly and open to help with anything you need. All the facilities were good, it was easy to make your own food at the apartment and the location was really good. Don’t have any complaints. I was honoured to get to be the first guest staying at the apartment!
Very welcoming owners, the apartment was very clean. We arrived at 22:00 and they met us and showed everything.

The apartment was comfortable, functional, though with basic amenities. It's located 1,400 m from the beach, which makes it remote (silence is a blessing!) and accessible at the same time.
Supermarket and 4 really good taverns in 300 m radius from the spot.

Very clean and well cared apartment. Hosts are very nice people who were willing to help us in any way. Wifi has a quite strong signal so we could keep connected. There is a mini fridge and you can cook and eat there. Also there is a terrace with a table and chairs. Good Aircon.
Location is near to the beach and quite close to Kos town. We had a car so we can't coment on the public transport. There are plenty of car, scooter and bike rentals around the area. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.
