Athinas Studios are in a perfect location for Laganas and a good base to explore the rest of the island. We were collected/dropped at the airport by the host for 20 euros each way. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern and felt luxurious. Athina is very proud of her studios and the furnishings, bedding and decor is good quality (she cleans and upkeeps everything herself!). Beds were comfortable with new mattresses and the room was cleaned, bedding and towels changed every other day which was unexpected but wonderful! Everything is close by - the distances on the island are short and hiring a car locally proved a great way to see the furthest away spots. The island and specifically Laganas is very tourist-centric, so if you prefer a quieter life choose the 'low' season like we did. We had planned on cooking at the accommodation, but arrived to hear that open fires/barbeques are not allowed in Zakynthos during the summer season because of the danger of wildfires. The kitchen was quite well equipped, but in the end, we opted to eat out since there are many good restaurants just a stone's throw away from the apartment - Atki, Mouria, Blue Sea and Pirates Grill are recommended. There is a kettle, two plate stovetop, fridge, toasted sandwich maker, coffee (filter) machine, washing up stuff, pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery in the kitchen, a hairdryer (which I didn't use), a TV (local channels), good air-conditioning and decent Wi-Fi. Toilet rolls, towels and linens are also included in the price. Bear in mind that the water is not drinkable (salt), but bottled water, tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, sugar and other basic necessities are available at the supermarket just 2 minutes down the road.
Situated 1.5 km from Agios Sostis Beach, Villa Milano offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a terrace. The property has sea and mountain views, and is a few steps from Laganas Beach.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, but best of all they well designed and functional! The location is amazing, olive groves all around and very peaceful.
The kitchen is well equipped and with a large fridge/freezer. The beds are very comfortable. A full length mirror was much appreciated and I’d asked the owner for an iron which she had placed in the room for my arrival. The WiFi also worked really well.
Bathroom is modern and I loved the wall enclave for putting toiletries. The lighting was also excellent.
A mosquito machine for inside the room as well as deterrents for the balcony were also provided. Every detail felt very considered and well thought out.
The only thing I would add to this is a bottle of water in the fridge for arrival. I didn’t get to try the olive oil gift, but it was also a lovely touch!

Clean rooms, big pool, apartments have lovely balconies. Nice view over the wild lake area and gardens. Friendly staff always about and keen to help. Nice club sandwich and chips at the bar!
Very nice location, close to the beach but also far enough from the more crowded area of the village. Clean, well equipped apartment. The host was very helpful.
We had a wonderful stay at Castellos Bellos Studios. It’s a beautiful place with a lush green garden. The location is perfect - hidden from the busy road yet a couple of minutes away from all the places of interest.
The hosts are very friendly and hospitable, they even gave us useful tips on exploring the island.
The room is spotlessly clean, the sheets were changed on the third day.

We liked everything. The apartment has all requirements for a short stay. The management were super friendly and were accomodating of any requests. Our apartment was on the top level with balcony and parking outside. There are two brilliant tavernas within walking distance. The pool, the views and peace and quiet. Lots of small details thought of including quality shampoo and conditioner, pool towels and a welcome basket of fruit. We did have a car which I think is required. We hope to return one day.
Anatoli apartments have a magnificent view and the private access to the sea is great. Its a rocky shore front, not a beach, but quite easy to swim there. Olga and staff are very nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Anatoli apartments.
Everything is perfect. The apartment has a beautiful view to the sea turtle island, with a jacuzzi! Very warm welcome and local specialty for gift for the checkout.
The hosts were so lovely. We had a late flight and they waited for us. They did our washing and were just very nice.

Centrally located right in the village center. Very nice studios with a nice balcony sea facing. The owner and daughter are very kind and always available and speak Italian and English. Parking available. Walking distance from everything (bar, restaurant, supermarket, boat rental…). Great stay!
