The staff were extremely friendly, accomodating, helpful. Both Antonius, a professional diver and his assistant, Eftychia ("happiness" in greek) were welcoming and gave great advice to our inquiries about the island of Serifos. If you want diving, Antonius is your man in Havana!!! The place is in a convenient location and an excellent value. All facilities work as advertised and our room was a modern design and extremely clean. I have seen reviews that showed it as dark. It is not dark at all. There are numerous restaurants and Cafes nearby with great food. The beach is a one minute walk. The staff is deeply honest and will look after your things with classic Greek hospitality. Be kind as a guest and to all you meet and you will be welcome as a visitor. Enjoy!!!

That apartment was very convenient place near the Livadi area within walking distance from all shops/restaurants. The place was clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed and closet.
It was spacious, with a terrace looking out on a green area with large trees. And a small shady garden. Close to the shore and beach. The apartment was well equipped and the host very friendly. The weather was hot when we were there but the airco’s worked well and the shady patch in the garden was helpful.
Lovely apartment near to the port, restaurants and beaches. The balcony with sea view was really nice spot to have breakfast :)

We had the loft apartment. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Good size balcony with seating. Comfortable deb. Sakis was very helpful in suggesting beaches to visit and restaurants for dinner. Word of warning for anyone taller than 170cm (5ft 10") you need to duck to enter the apartment and to avoid the lintel between the bed area and the seating area.
This is a self catering apartment with many bakeries and shops nearby to buy provisions. All the tavernas are within a 5 min walk. Large shaded, veranda to sit outside.
