Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

Apartment is just as shown in the photo. There's everything you need for comfortable stay. Great communication with the host, she also added one extra night for us when we asked to extend our stay. It's very clean and the cleaning lady was there every morning to change our bed sheets, towels... Big balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a sea view. Also two bottles of water were good refreshment after a long trip😀

The property exceeded all of my expectations and I loved everything about it, the studio was super clean, cute kitchen with brand new appliances, spacious bathroom, clean towels, beads were extra comfy and the view from the balcony was just a cherry on the top. I've been to Polichrono many times, but by far, this is the best studio I've stayed at! Below the studios there is a cute lounge bar, the beach is just right across and you have an option to rent a sunbed or just lay on a towel. Location was perfect, and it was my birthday so I'm extra appreciative that the owner was able to accommodate an extra request on our last day, this made our stay even more perfect!

Hearty and generous hospitality. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment and beyond. The location is good, close to the center and shops. The complex is well maintained, clean and tidy. Good pool, suitable for children. And above all, Dimetra's hospitality is tremendous. Very pleasant holiday apartment. Good facilities, it's less than five walking minutes to the beach. The car can be parked on the property and you can sit comfortably on the large veranda. Kriopigi is a great location, you can easily reach the beaches on both sides of Kassandra.
Very clean. Good location. Excelent view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good price. The pictures on Booking should be updated since the apartments are renovated (there are new flat TV screens, new kitchen...). The fridge is also very strong and good. Airconditioning is great.
It’s a nice place to stay, really spacious, big balcony with a view to the sea. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Juliet was kind and helpful. The kitchen was big and had all the necessary things. It has even a private parking if there it gets crowded on the street. I was kindly surprised when found out that the linens and towels were replaced once for such a short stay (5 nights). Good for two couples or a family.
