We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luisa Apartments! The location was perfect, and we were incredibly satisfied with everything, from the apartment itself to the warm hospitality of the Stefanos, his wife and his crew ☺️. Despite being the last guests of the season, we never felt like anything was lacking. The hosts were extremely welcoming and generous, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very cosy, comfortable and recently built apartment in Komi. Evetything at the apartment is designed for comfort and convenience, the owners are very friendly and helpful. It’s just 5 min walk to the beach.
Lily is a perfect place for staying in Komi. The apartment is very clean and new. Coffee machine, laundry machine, two televisions, huge bed… Everything is placed for you. Nicholas and his wife are super nice, kind and good. They are trying to do everything to keep you comfort and relax. The location is incredibly good. Almost 40 seconds by walking to go to beach. I strongly recommend Komi Bay and Lily Apartment. I hope we will be there again in next year.
This is a brand new apartment with excellent equipment. It really has everything imaginable. We very much enjoyed staying here and would certainly recommend it to families with children. The location is very nice: 7 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the mini-market and cafes. The owner was very helpful and provided us with lots of useful information. We stayed here without a car, which was fine for us, but there is enough parking space on the property of you have one.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment which is only around 1min walk from Komi beach and 3min to the bars/cafes, which is very convenient. Very nice flair. Also all surrounding villages and beaches in the south can easily be reached by car.

Great holiday apartment! Everything one can need is already there. Very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It’s located by one of the best beaches of the island. 5-7 minute walk you will find nice cafes and very prima restaurant. The owner is a super friendly and helpful person. Whatever and whenever you need, he is there! He has great advices too. If you are a writer, researcher working on your manuscript, this would be a great place for writing retreat!
