Really loved our stay, the property is new, the room is beautiful with amazing balcony and overlooking the sea. Pool was awesome, the water was freezing, but it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was awesome, too.

Petros was the best host. Truly such a lovely person and extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great trip. The stay itself was superb - super amazing balcony that looks out onto the beautiful town, and then two windows at the front that look out onto the port and street. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities you need - even a washing machine! The LOCATION was excellent - right in the main town and only 5 minutes max to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Petros for your hospitality and kindness, it will never be forgotten! We look forward to coming back to Syros to stay in this beautiful place.

The amenities, the location, the size of the rooms, the clean and modern feel. We loved being steps to all the restaurants, coffee spots, bars, and shops but being slightly tucked away on a small, quiet pedestrian alley where we didn’t hear a thing after dark. The team, including Argiris and Alexandra, was phenomenal, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring the rooms were clean and we had fresh linens at all times. This was our third visit to Syros. We would absolutely stay at Grammata Suites again!

Upon our arrival, the host Janni collected us from the bus station and showed us the way to the apartments, so we wouldn’t have to look the way up. We were welcomed very dearly and Janni gave us some ideas what to do in Kini the bext days. The apartment had everything we needed, a very nicely equipped kitchen and a wonderful balcony. It was very clean and also cleaned everyday. To Kini Beach you walk only three minutes, and two other beaches can be reached by foot. We loved it here and definitely recommend Argo Studios and Janni.
Location is perfect, it is close to Lotus beach and Kini village is 10 minutes walk. We had a balcony overlooking the sea with own table and chairs, where we had our breakfast in the shade. Although the balcony is shared with several other apartments, it is spacious and arranged in such the way that other guests had their own entry and we had perfect privacy. The apartment is spacious, very clean and with all necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The host was kind and helpful.
I wouldn’t normally take the time to leave a review, however, the lady who runs the hotel is the kindest, sweetest human being. We really appreciated how much she cared for us, making our stay the best of all the islands we visited. The apartment was well appointed and spacious, a short walk to the beach, and well cleaned.
Lovely apartment with a little balcony with stunning views down to the sea . Well kitted out and very comfortable. A little kitchenette made it possible to do a little self catering but with lovely well priced restaurants near by . The best being the one owned by our host . Would highly recommend .

Absolutely loved this apartment, it was even better than we expected. The view is incredible and the studio is really well done up. Only a 5 min walk to the beach. Would 100% stay here again.
Location was fabulous - just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the bars with a great view over the town and the hills. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the studio apartment was spacious and super clean. Buses were regular for getting round the island and there was a little supermarket nearby. All in all a beautiful place for a relaxing holiday.
Everything about the Argo Studios is delightful. The location is very good, close to the beach and the restaurants and the mini market, the owners are exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly, the apartment was just lovely - spacious, calming with a lovely terrace to sit out on. We felt so welcome and supported in our stay. Nothing too much trouble. Stavroula even took our washing away for us and returned it clean and folded - so kind, and Giannis was on hand to dispense advice and help. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The apartment is located in a very peaceful area, yet close to the beach and restaurant. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The studios were very clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend !
