The hotel's landscape blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature land. Mid-autumn still hasn't let go of summer. Sitting in the garden at midday, in the shade of trees and with a light breeze, is admirable. The soul rests. The hotel owners, spouses Eva and Nikos, are very kind and friendly, as if you came to old friends. The morning begins with breakfast - a light meal. Food for every taste - fresh and tasty. Having breakfast on the terrace or in the garden, under the cover of an awning, creates an atmosphere of home comfort. In the evening - it's also a restaurant. The spouses and their assistant Antigoni conjure in the kitchen! Everything they cook is delicious and satisfying.

Super spacious room, great staff, the breakfast was out of this world wide variety of fruits yogurt breads eggs bacon pancakes etc you name it! We actually quite liked being in the more quiet part of Naxos but still a short drive to town. Absolutely recommend it!

The space was large, clean, well fitted, and comfortable; any 'dislikes' I have, are personal preferences, not anything on the part of the property. Konstantinos, the owner. greeted us on arrival and was so welcoming and friendly, it was like being welcomed home after being lost! The property is within a one minute walk to a fabulous beach and within a 3-5 minute walk of two excellent beach side restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The host greeted me upon arrival and offered a lot of helpful information. The cottage was incredibly lovely and everything was brand new! I loved the location, view from the balcony and the local beach, even though it was more remote than I expected. Overall, it was a great spot!

Excellent location right on the beach. We literally walked 10 steps to the sands! The staff are amazing they went above and beyond with help and tips and pampering us throughout.

Very nice flat with new and pleasant furniture, with a veranda looking at the sea (where we had breakfast) and some external seats (2 chaise longue) for drinking outdoor under the palms.
Into the flat there is everything you need: map, boiler, iron, hairdryer and so on.
Service and assistance top, with suggestion for dinner or trip and very friendly welcome.

Yannis – the owner – is super nice! He suggested some nice restaurants and beaches. A beautiful place up on the hill – 5 min to at least 3 beaches (probably the best beaches on Naxos). Fully equipped studio – with a huge outdoor area incl giant BBQ. Thx for everything! We will definitely come back when travelling around the Greek islands!
Theoni Studios is located in one of the most beautiful and peaceful part of Naxos (Kastraki). Property owner, Antonia is an excellent person and very friendly and very helpful host. The room was large and impeccably clean and kitchenette was fully equipped with coffee machines and everything.
We really enjoyed the stay in our little studio and loved the poolarea. Aeraki has the cutest staff ever, we really felt like home and it was very comfortable! Everyone was so kind and lovely! Wonderful Glyfada beach right in front of it and many other beaches around, cute little farm with great food next to it. Great place!! Thank you! :)
Generous breakfast buffet, two nice pools, spacious two room apartment (perfect for a family), Kastraki natural and uncrowded beach nearby, nice taverns at the beach with excellent Greek food.
The flat is lovely with a very nice and well-equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. But the best thing is the large terrace which has a gorgeous view of the sea and the surrounding mountains and s as mole shade all day. The location is brilliant, with easy walking distance to two world-class beaches. The area is calm and lovely, and there are several restaurants and a mini market within walking distance.
This property is a must. Fantastic apartment extremely clean and well equipped. Nikos ans Eva are wonderful hosts making you feel welcome and relaxed. Breakfast every day is superb wonderful selection of fresh fruit yoghurt, bread pastries, eggs home made preserves, cereals and produce from their garden.
We enjoyed every bit of Phoenicia! Amazing breakfast delivered to your door (which had slight variations every day), amazingly warm host and staffs! The host generously gave us a free upgrade from studio to apartment as we were group of 3. Highly recommend, the balcony has an amazing view and location is great, close to many beautiful beaches
