One of the best studio apartments, equipped with everything necessary for living and recreation. Clean, all plumbing is in excellent condition. Daily cleaning, linen change every three days. Covered parking in the yard. Respect to the owners and gratitude. That's why almost all their rooms are always occupied. And the cost of living is very affordable. Our stay at Kanali Homes was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Mrs Eleni and her son Christos made us feel like home and incredibly welcome and made everything to ensure we had a perfect stay. They were so kind, making sure every detail was taken care of. Mrs Eleni welcome us with a bowl of fresh vegetables and fruits from her garden which was something really sweet!
The location is amazing, close to everything we wanted to see and do, peaceful and relaxing at the same time. The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay and new, recently renovated. The beds and mattress were big, completely new and comfortable. Our experience at Kanali Homes exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located up in the village. It’s very close to the beach by car. It’s a good location if you want to visit different places between Preveza and Parga. The house is tottaly new and was very clean, beautiful inside. There is a nice balcony with chairs for relax. The owner Mrs Aspasia was very helpful and friendly. The price I found very reasonable for the quality we received and I would recommend this for families with children. :)

Alex is a great, warm and welcoming host! The apartment exceeded my expectations-spacious and clean, calm, very comfortable and homey. They clean every two days. The yard/garden is very nice. The wi fi is very good, based that there are only three apartments in the building, not crowdy, close to nice places to have dinner etc. I strongly recommend the place! Will back there!

Beautiful property with a natural olive tree shade garden. Small rustic apartments, but enough space for family of five to have great stay. We will be back next year for sure.
