Everything. The location was fab. Quiet but accessible to the local shops and restaurants. A large supermarket was a 20 minute walk. The bus service from the top of the lane was regular and on time.
The family were very helpful. The apartments spotless and cleaned every day by the lovely Daniella, who also went the extra mile to be helpful. The grounds were very well kept and the buildings maintained.
I'll definitely be going back for another holiday.

Amazing location - 10-15 min drive to rhodes old town! The location of this place on the beach is phenomenal the view morning and night is amazing! And the bar is such a wonderful place to sit and chill. Amazing food and drinks here and the staff are very welcoming! We came at the end of the season and we’re very pleased with it all!

We have spent in Casa Stavris 4 days with our 10 months old daughter and everything was perfect, clear and spacious swiming pool, friendly staff and perfect location, not far from the beautiful beach.

Great beaches nearby. The hosts were excellent and wanted to make sure that we were always happy. We had a sweetheart that took care of our room, she's wonderful we love her. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was fully equipped with all that we needed. It was kept spotlessly clean. The pool and the surrounding area were beautiful the grounds are maintained and kept very well.
Stavros Melathron Studios is a hidden gem! Lovely staff, peaceful environment, comfort pool area, reasonable price, nice location - what else do you need? One taxi driver said "wow, it's nice and quiet here" and that tells a lot. This was my second visit at this hotel and for sure I will choose Stavros Melathron again when I come to Rhodes next time ☺️
Great hotel! Staff was very nice and friendly, the rooms where nice as well as the breakfast. One evening we joined an "pub quiz" at the hotel bar and it was a lot of fun! Would stay again, the only thing is that a car is needed but there are enough rentals in the island.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful with accomodating our needs. Apartments are clean and include all the necessities (although there was no dish soap, and we didn't want to leave it to the cleaning lady - who did clean the dishes if needed). The apartments are in a great, discrete, location that lets you go to the center of Faliraki quickly or conveniently travel to another place. It is run by a very nice family, highly recommend!
We loved that our request to be at a low floor with kids was accepted, the location is the best, the price is totally reasonable, the swimming pool was very clean, you have all what you need in the apartment for cooking. We rented a car and large parking was available on site. The place is super quiet. Room service was every 2 days which is comfortable for an apart hotel. Landlord provided us with his own beach towels since it was not provided. Very nice.
What a fantastic place. Everything is really good, the staff are excellent, they are very kind and helpful, the swimming pool is very good, lovely green grass and palm trees around the pool, the rooms are comfortable, the beds are a good size, they have everything you need. The location is perfect 150 yards or less to - two tavernas, two coffee / bakery shops, a pharmacy, car rental, supermarket, massage, shop with tourist items. I highly recommend staying here.
Especially liked the pool and location…within easy reach of restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and public transport for trips to Rhodes old town etc. Spacious apartments, all with a view of the pool.
