The location of the apartment is excellent, only 4 minutes drive to urban Kathisma beach, and only 15-20 minutes to Megali Petra beach. The apartment looks better than in the pictures, and the owner Evi is very kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and you get clean towels every day. An excellent base for touring the western side of the island. The small town of Agios Nikitas is only 1 km away, and there you can go to a restaurant and buy groceries. If you want a bigger market, Lidl is about a 20-minute drive away.

Everything was exceptional. Easy access from the main road, ample of parking space, spacious and modern room with big balcony to enjoy the Ionian sea and the sunset! Very peaceful and relaxing place.

The location is perfect if you want to get to Ag Nikitas (4' drive) and to the beautiful beaches of the West Side of Lefkada.

I liked everything, especially the location, although it was not close to the center of Agios Nikitas and shops, it was very peaceful and easily reachable to the most popular beaches.

Great location with an amazing view. We stayed in number 1 with a washing machine (rest does not have a washing machine), on the top floor giving a view from all sides. Rooms are clean and the AC works perfectly. Close to Agios Nikitas which is lovely.

The view is fascinating; you can see a beautiful landscape and the blue sea. The staff was really nice! They agreed to keep our baggage secure because we arrived early, before check-in time.
The room is not big, but it has everything you need for a short stay. It was very clean, and the bathroom was renovated. The terrace is the best part of the room in every way.

Really amazing accomodation. You have everything you could possibly need ( kitchen fully equiped , iron , wahsing machine for clothes , ac ) The hosts are a very special family who was super kind to us , helped us with the transport and any other problems we had , we were welcomed with a glass of wine and lots of good vibes . Location is great, view at the hills and nice shadow from the hot sun. Very calm location, surrounded with trees. Very kind owner and the cleaning lady who makes your apartment perfectly clean.

The view is magnificent!!!! Absolutely gorgeous!!!! We loved the location, because with a car you can easily reach all the best beaches as well as Lefkada town! The bed was very comfortable! Time is never enough on an island like Lefkada, but hopefully we'll come again next year. We highly recommend Panoramic View studios and the restaurant too!!!
