Gorgeous little house in a beautiful and peaceful location. Very well equipped with some welcome supplies. The owner was very helpful and was on hand at all times for any help we needed.

Pick up from the ferry was much appreciated. The view was beautiful. All the amenities of the room were well thought out. The studio was delightful and the staff were very responsive.

Wow what can I say. We left our heart there and have planned to come back annually as a base for a retreat. The space inside and out was just perfect, clean, well thought through and even got a bottle of wine on arrival which was the cherry on top

Absolutely loved our stay at Patmos Luttle Suites. Our hosts catered for our every need and couldn't have done any more to make our trip any better. The accommodation itself is just stunning, beautifully decorated and furnished, and absolutely spotless. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Skala/Patmos.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The location was a very short walk from the beach which was handy. The apartments are set around a shady courtyard garden. Everything was spotless, the rooms were cleaned daily and linens were beautifully ironed and towels smelt so fresh. We had a charming room on the 2nd floor with a view of the sea from the kitchen window, also a spacious balcony.
Our hosts, Tomas and his parents gave us a wonderful welcome. They were so kind and anticipated our every need. We cannot rate our stay highly enough!

Probably the best view in Grikos. 3 terrace options, very good air conditioning. 4 mins walk from beach. Excellent location for swimming, easy access to bike rental, bus stop and Scala. Access to remoter beaches e g Psilli Ammos.
Our host, Nektarios was wonderful. He was waiting for us at the port and insisted on taking us back at the end of the stay. The apartment was charming and there was a lovely selection of fruit and bottles of water on our arrival. If you are self catering, get Nektarios to take you to the supermarket in Skala, as there are no shops at all in Grikos. The restaurants are varied in price and style, lots of local fish can be sampled.
I had 6 wonderful days in Joanna Apart Hotel. The location is stayed in the little village Grikos, a few good restaurants and nice places to swim are very close. The appartment was perfect, very clean and the host is letting feel you directly welcome!
The apartment had a lovely Greek feel to it and despite it being 5 bed was perfect for a couple. We had access to a large terrace which had stunning views of the bay since it was up the hill a bit. We loved picking different routes to the beach, all short!
We had the most wonderful time at Patmos Villas ! Thomas really is a superhost, from his warm welcome at the Skala port to helping us out with any practical needs during our stay, he made us feel at home. We now have a friend at Patmos ! The apartment is simple and clean, just perfectly situated at a 5' walk to the beautiful Grikos beach with little taverns for fresh fish meals. Everything was just perfect. Many thanks again Thomas for a wonderful stay !
Great service, Nektarios picked us up at the port at midnight from the ferry. The apartment was clean, the view is great and there is everything you need for a first breakfast. Nektarios also answers email really fast. Great service offering the car rental as well, the lady came directly to our flat. The beach is only 10 minutes going down!!
The apartment was spacious with a nice view and very clean, the owner Georgina was more than helpful with recommendations regarding restaurants, beaches, scooter rental, etc. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would love to stay again at Pico Bello.
