We had a perfect stay here! Wonderful location, beautiful garden, comfortable room, lovely hosts, next to an amazing beach - everything was so good. The whole place is really well taken care of, quiet, calm, and free of crowds. Nice food at the taverna, too. It was just what we needed. Sfakia is a really special, interesting and beautiful place. We really wish we could have stayed for much longer. We will be back for sure!
One small suggestion to the hosts: it would be nice if you could send an automatic message to guests after booking, to have confirmation from you directly (not just Booking), and to give some information about contacting you for questions and arrival. It is just a small extra that calms the nerves of anxious travelers :)

This property’s location is excellent, front beach location with a good restaurant right next door. Our host was really attentive to our every need. Its a great value for the location and the spacious apartment. we loved it so much that we ended up staying 4 days total when we originally had booked it for 2 days. Such a hidden gem if you want to go relax by the beach all day and enjoy the sun. its located close proximity to the ferries incase you want to venture out to other ports like Loutro and Sweet water beach among other places. The host was great and checked on us daily via text to make sure all our needs were met. The restaurant next door has some good quality food with friendly staff.

The apartment is amazing, comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need during your stay; it is really close to the beach of frangokastello and orthi ammos, to the supermarket and some cafes and restaurants.
We had a wonderful 1 night stay at this lovely countryside complex. The apartment was well equipped for self catering, Spacious & comfortable. The host "Captain Tom" greeted us like family and the pool is super large and clean. Free coffee & Tea available as and when you wish in a separate spacious room near the pool. All in All, a wonderful experience and one that we will certainly be coming back to soon. A huge thank you to Tom for making us feel so at home.
Great location, next to the nice beach. Apartment very clean, though a bit outdated, some renovation would be recommended. But overall good for a short stay. The family tavern owned by the same owner is great - delicious food and family itself are really great people! It was a pleasure to be their guest!
Simple barn conversion studio apartment in a stunning spot right by a tranquil bay, shaded by tamarisk trees. Friendly staff and a nice taverna. Perfect for complete relaxation. We’d seen these rooms on previous visits to Frangkocastello and felt lucky to find availability for our brief 2 night stay. The studios weren’t amazingly modern but were comfortable and had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay again.
The 'wild' sandy beach is beautiful, no shadow though, flat and easy access into the sea, often windy, few people. The charming studio (tower house) is owned by a very helpful, gentle, at he same time discreet family. Nice cleaning ladies came every 2 days.
Very clean studio apartment with all the necessary tools in the kitchen, hot shower, sea view and working tv set. The accomodation is located in a very nice garden setting with scattered houses among olive trees, great breakfast at the tavern on the beachfront (50 steps from our door). Special thanks to the reception staff, who was very helpful in booking ferry tickets for us, saving us a lot of time and hussle.
The apartments are right on beach, turn right and walk to other end to find flat shallow water, if you like it quiet this is for you, a walk to loval taverna and then walk back along the beach take a torch, we even had a few swims at night. Overall great place we found by mistake but certainly be back next year
