The village it self is beatiful. It realy is very Traditional and pretty. Not much tourists, and not at all Off season. The appartment we got was definetly Traditional and felt like staying in a museum. It was refreshing and very different from what we expirienced.
We also appreciate the owner who made an arragment with us because we wanted to leave after one night.

Our stay at Elianthos Villas in Vamos Crete was quite relaxing as it was on the outskirts of the village yet within a 10 minute walk to the center with two small markets & restaurants. The outside pool area was very lovely & comfortable to spend some time in the sun with the sheep bells ringing in the background. There was a small patio with chairs/table at the front door and a much larger patio with dinning table/chairs to enjoy the views toward the mountains and a drying rack for clothes. Irene was a very pleasant hostess, meeting any needs we had with sincere hospitality. Meeting Nikos & enjoying a meal together was a true highlight! A very roomy bathroom, large comfortable sofa, dinning table/chairs were all in place. Bedroom was a very nice size with a wardrobe, mirror, sitting chair and comfortable bed.

We had a very comfortable apartment with a balcony on the first and on the second floor. It is a silent place with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The host is a very nice lady - she worried about us and was always in touch with us.
The apartment was always clean and it had everything needed. We enjoyed this place and its location - 10 minutes by car from the little cute town where it is possible to have a great meal and walk around the beach.
Our 4th stay at Plakalona appartments. We love the peaceful location which is near to Georgiopolis , Dimitri is always on hand if you need anything . The apartment is cleaned every day and fresh linen provided
We loved the view and the terrace, we could see the moon mirroring on the sea in the evening! 🌕 Everything in the cozy apartment is treated in every detail, from candles, the kitchen to the lights to create atmosphere on the balcony! The interior is also really new and clean and the pool has an amazing view both on the mountains and sea.. 🌊
