This family-owned and operated hotel is located right on the beach with a stunning view of the sea. The facilities are quite nice, the room-- air-conditioned, in the small kitchennette our hosts had provided small surprises on arrival--coffee, sugar, bread, jam, etc. Very thoughtful and much appreciated!
The cafe on the ground floor is operated by the same family and serves a variety of breakfast and lunch items of excellent quality. Very nice ambiance.
Parking just right behind the building is free.

It is a very nice and modern apartment with excellent huge terrace where you can enjoy your meal. When you use the navigation the house is 5 houses earlier on the left side - it's the small white house. The house is 7 min by car to Potamos beach which is the best beach near Thessaloniki. It has the really very fine sand and there is a shallow water, very good for children. There is Lidl in Epanomi and good restaurants in the centre next to the park. The owner is very kind, he gave us also some food and drinks in the fridge.
We had an amazing stay at Davanti al Mare! The apartment was cozy, spacious, and just perfect for our family. The views of the sunset and the sea in Epanomi were absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything about our stay was fantastic. We highly recommend this place for a memorable and comfortable seaside getaway.

We stayed at the studio & loft for a full week. The studio felt spacious and the loft was fun. .Excellent views, lovely garden, friendly staff. Location was good, provided you have a car. We enjoyed the jacuzzi.
The bamboo house and the triangle house looked very interesting, we thought about future booking at the triangle.
