We stayed at ifestos villa for 4 nights and it was perfect. It was our first time travelling our 4month old baby and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect t for our stay. The travel cot was already set up for us in our room, everything was clean and the kitchenette was well stocked with essentials. The villa is owned and managed by a fantastic family, 2nd generation, and they very warm and welcoming. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk into feira, a 5/10min walk to a large supermarket, and you avoid the busy traffic on the roads into feira. A lovely 24hr bakery is located nearby too which is very popular. Also amazing sunrise and sunsets from the apartment balcony.

We received a warm welcome by Kleo who helpfully gave us some tips on how to get around the island and served snacks and juice. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but she arranged for our rooms to be ready in a short time. She and the other staff members showed great hospitality and excellent service, meeting all our requests with kind attention and care.

The villa was in a beautiful quiet town of Emporio, easy for us to navigate getting around the island in car and bus. There a three villas so it was not over crowded and you feel like you have the pool to yourself. The accommodation had ample space and all you need for a self catering accommodation. It even comes with free coffee, sugar and tea, which are reatocked daily when house keeping visits. All in all a very pleasant experience and would highly rate this accommodation.
Great location, close to public transport and restaurants, next door within 1 mins walking distance. Situated opposite Emporio castle, thus views are great to wake up to. Especially in the room that I was located in. Emporio village is quaint and beautiful to look at. With some nice bars, and reasonable prices for Santorini.
The apartments are close to Perrissa beach (bus ride away) and are a fantastic value for money. Would stay here again, if back in Santorini.

An exceptional apartment in the heart of Emporio. We were kindly met by our hosts very late due to our flight. They were generous and accommodating, and provided great tips for the area. The architectural detailing and interior design was beautiful. A lot of thought and love has clearly gone into their place! We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning one day!
Apartment was beautiful, Mrs Kalliope was a delight, very helpful and attentive. Brought us homemade cake, tomatoes and even wine. Exceptional cleanliness, hot tub was great and would definitely recommend!

This is a modern apartment in a fabulous location within walking distance of virtually everything we wanted to see and do in Santorini. Service was good. Bed linens were of high quality. The room was spacious with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay!!!
All our wishes were granted when sleeping in one of the Elite House Apartments. The landlord is very helpful and you can ask anything. If it is in her possibilities, she will accommodate to your wishes. Taxi Service and Scooter Rental was very easy as the host provided the necessary contacts. All in all, we were very happy and pleased to have stayed at Elite House!
