Loved the location and the layout of the hotel, in particular the part by reception with all the beautiful olive trees and lovely seating areas as well as the pool area - so cool, stunning views (incl. the sunset), comfy chairs. And I love that the location is quiet, yet not far away from the main village of Skopelos.

The location is superb - in the center of Neo Klima, right next to the harbor. Within walking distance from the two beaches (Hovolo and Paraiso), tavernas, bakery, supermarkets.
The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
The host is amazing. Dimitris is wonderful person, always available. He helped us a lot with everything we need to have the best holiday.
We had a great time at Anna Maria - Vanessa apartments and highly recommended. Thank you Dimitris for everything.

We had the most relaxing vacation in a while at Thea Home Hotel. The owners are very kind and hospitable, the breakfast is amazing, with homemade sweets and cakes. The terrace and the rooms have the best view of Skopelos, and the pool is very clean. Its a little uphill but you can always arrange a transfer or book a taxi to the hotel, its easily reachable by car. We went by foot and it was also manageable, like any island in the Mediterranean, it is uphill, but that's why they have the best view. The rooms are very clean and the bed was really comfortable. We barely used the AC as there was always a light breeze. Our balcony also had a nice view. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back next year. Would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a very likable, retro designed, place with great host. Location, both in the village and on the island, is very good. The beaches are close and you can park the car in front of the apartments, which is not allways the case in Neo Klima. Slight lack of some facilities is easily neglected having other positive things in mind. Wifi strength is excellent even infront of the apartments. Great price performance.
