Extremely well located and extra accommodating for an off season visit. Staff was incredibly friendly and flexible and our room was clean, refreshed, and with a recently renovated bathroom. The room was a little humid but you are right on the water so that is to be expected! Considering the price, accommodations, staff, and ease of arrival and departure - 10/10. Simple and as described.

Good accommodation, the complex is situated between the owners' olive trees. You can sit outside on the terrace and relax in the hammock.
You can quickly get to the ferry that takes you across to Elafonisos. In the area you can hike a bit and through the fenced area of the accommodation secure parking and quiet environment.
On request you could check in earlier and the owners are nice. There are also good tavernas in the area.

We absolutely loved the terrace and the view from it.
The apartment is very nice, they also clean it every day.
The parking place is provided and the owners are very friendly. There is possibility of self check in if nobody is there to wait for you.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Lovely and modern apartments with nice decoration. The rooms are spotlessly clean, decorated with special taste and attention to detail, offering a pleasant stay. Located in a walking distance from the center and shops and just 5 minutes from Kontogoni Beach. The host, Nikos, is super friendly and polite and was keen to provide us always with useful information. There is a private parking a few meters next to the property.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice and clean place to stay. We will visit it again for sure.
Everything was clean and looked beautiful. Kalomaoria was extremely welcoming and very polite. The beds were very comfortable, the view from the apartment and the general location was fantastic. The breakfast she made us in the morning was delicious. Highly recommend staying here

Good sized apartment, very close to town and a short walk to the local beach. Friendly hosts, nice and clean with great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Our stay at Nikko's apartment was enjoyable. The condo was comfortable, and clean and looked even better than the booking images. Having a parking space was very important since we visited Elafonisos by car. The location was good, and since the island is small, everything was within walking distance except for Simos Beach, which is about a 7-8 minute drive away. We stayed here for three nights, and there was no daily cleaning or towel change. I wonder if that is the case for more extended stays.
We loved our stay at Studios Maniati- it’s in a great location above the town with great views over to the mainland and for the Peloponnese sunsets. The apartment was spotless, the bed really comfortable - which is a massive win for me. Finally Alexandra is fabulous, really friendly and on hand to ensure you have a great stay.
