The location is perfect, a very nice beach, with almost no other visitors is reachable on foot in 3 min., while there is also an awesome, big infinity pool with a breath-taking view. We barely had to or wanted to leave the premises. The villas are new and so wonderfully built.
The other visitors where very nice, quite and friendly (most of them had kids themselves).
There are no words for the hospitality, professionalism and friendliness of the owner Sotiris and his assistant Katerina. Always reachable, exceptionally generous and helpful.
We felt like home and were so sad to leave, like every other visitor we met there and that says it all.

We absolutely loved these rooms at the beach. It is very clean, completely renovated and there is much space. There is a perfect small modern kitchen with everything you need. Beds and shower are great.
What makes this place the best is the vibe at the beach bar. All the staff is so kind and made us feel very welcome. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast there. Good quality for a good price.

Everything! 😀 Sylvia, the host, gave us recommendations for surroundings, car rental, and bus schedule. I enjoyed the fresh figs the host left for us in the fridge. The apartment is cosy, close to city center within a walking distance. For us, it was perfect due to its kitchenette where we prepared breakfast.

We have booked one studio and one apartment, both of them spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Cleaning is done daily. Big refrigerator in the room and a spacious terrace to spend time outside. Large private parking available. The hotel is located in the center of the small and idylic fishing village Agios Andreas, where you can find few tavernas, two shops, a bakery, a pharmacy. The biggest plus is for the hosts, which are the nicest persons, they do everything they can to make their guests happy. Highly recommended!

Vila Petra is amazing with a great and beautiful back yard with different sitting areas. Also there is a big yard kitchen with bbq and huge dinning table. Inside a specious and comofrtable rooms give a luxury feeling. It is worth a lot more then prices are telling you.

Lovely swimming pool, 2 bed apartment was great, bathroom on each floor so for us, each couple. Nice patio and living area and beds v comfy. Nice coffee machine. Pool towels provided.

The studio has a one bedroom, spacious bathroom/shower room and kitchen with a king-size bed, sofa, and small dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with standard utensils and gadgets and has an electric hob(not used during the stay), kettle, microwave, and blender.
A lovely little apartment with anything that you might need including a nice garden and parking space very close to the beach and shop / restaurants. Quiet in the evening and sunny during the day. Perfect for a few days for a solo traveller or a couple. Very nice host took care of everything for me.
Small, but nice apartments. The apartments and their entire area are very well maintained and well-kept. It is very nice that the pool chairs are also washed every day. A big plus is the beach shower directly down by the beach. The beach directly below the apartments is rocky, but if you walk 100-200 meters to the left you can also reach a partial sandy beach. where the bottom of the sea is with clean sand.

Very nice apartment, clean and tidy, looked like it has been recently refreshed, very nice view to the sea from the balcony, nice pool. We definitely recommend for a family stay, a perfect place.
The host was the nicest person ever. We had a problem when we were on our way and arrived very late in the evening, she waited for us and was super nice since the first moment. For sure this apartment for the price and the excellent location next to the beach is something you don't wanna miss.

The owners were the kindest people ever. They cooked for us every day and even when we were leaving, they gave us a lot of gifts. It was really nice to eat real greek food from a local. The apartment has a nice view to the sea and it's very close to the beach where you can find nice beach bars that are not too loud but also more secluded places.
