Great sized studio apartment with terrace area. Comfortable and clean with everything you need. A few minutes walk to a bustling port with restaurants and bars with beaches around the corner. Owner was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We were travelling through so only had one night but would go back again.

Nikos and his sister took really good care of us. The view, the pool, the sunbeds were perfect. The room was way bigger than we thought it would be. The room was cleaned multiple times, the garbage was taken out every other day and we got more clean towels than we needed. There is enough parking space and Nikos was always there to help. And we fell in love with Billy en Billina.

If there was a higher rating than 10, I'd give it to this property and to its amazing owner, Adriana! The apartment is very nice, it has two bathrooms which is very convenient, and there was water, wine and biscuits waiting for us at the apartment. The property is located just outside Agia Effimia, and just a 5 min drive from Myrtos beach. It's very calm and surrounded by amazing sights. Adriana is probably the best host we've ever had! Thank you for your hospitality! I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting the beautiful island of Kefalonia!

Location was good close to tavernas, there's lots of steps to carry your luggage up to your room. The host was very friendly and met us in person but the room was very small and dated. Location was walking distance to shops, etc. Lovely view from the balcony.

Clean appartment with great and vary pleasure host
Cozy and clean apartment! The host even provided a bottle of wine and water that already waited in the fridge for us, super friendly. Only the bathroom is pretty small, but that is also shown in the pictures. I recommend the studio for a short stay! :)
Good location. We have stayed in Agia Effima last year and came back again in June for 3 nights. It’s a very chilled area and this complex is walking distance to the harbour and restaurants. We stayed in the seaview apartment 24. It was a lovely spacious modern apartment overlooking the pool and had two balconies, the main one getting the sun all day. We enjoyed getting to know lovely Lisa who worked in the pool bar, who was a lovely young lady with a great personality.
Really beautiful apartment with great views of the town & marina. The staff were very accommodating! Additionally, Johnny owns a boat rental company, offering us a discounted day out on the boat to explore Agia effimia’s coastline.

Clean apartment, new crockery, beautiful view. In reality, the apartment is bigger than on the photo.
It was very nice for us to cool the apartment before arrival.
The view was good from the front of the studio with a table and chairs for breakfast and an evening meal. Well located about forty metres from a cafe/bar that serves good coffee overlooking the harbour. The studio had every thing we needed for a four night stay with a reasonably well equipped kitchen if cooking had been our thing.
The management are discreet but helpful. It is well located for the two small beaches in town with plenty of on road parking if the space next to the apartment is full.
The apartment is very nicely located in the small village of agia effimia, very close to many of the most famous beaches of Kefalonia. The flat is spacious and fully equipped with all you need during a holiday. It is cosy and clean. Katerina is a super-nice host.

Each studio apartment was spacious and extremely clean. They were well furnished and the view from all balconies was beautiful. Makis (the owner) was extremely helpful at all times, even giving us a lift to a couple of places and letting one of our group borrow his laptop when their phone broke! He went above and beyond what we expected and the property was lovely too!
