I couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome and nothing was a problem, even my request to arrive early was generously granted.

Location is fine. The mother of the owner was there to give me the keys. There was a problem with the WiFi but within a day she fixed for me. Nice studio, clean, with a huge terrace. And the instructions to reach it, were very clear.
