What more could one ask for! Our studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the beach and the village of Assos, on a small bay on an island in the Ionian Sea. Oh, and surrounded by mountains on either side and a sunset. The studio, though small was all that we needed, fully equipped with many small touches, clean and modern. Our owner host was lovely and very informative. The water was 20 metres away, the town a 5 minute walk wth 3 or 4 restaurants, a small supermarket and a bakery. Our three nights were tranquility at its finest.

Great sized studio apartment with terrace area. Comfortable and clean with everything you need. A few minutes walk to a bustling port with restaurants and bars with beaches around the corner. Owner was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We were travelling through so only had one night but would go back again.
Located above Agia Efimia harbour, Fotini Hotel provides a furnished balcony with views of the gulf and surrounding mountains.

Nikos and his sister took really good care of us. The view, the pool, the sunbeds were perfect. The room was way bigger than we thought it would be. The room was cleaned multiple times, the garbage was taken out every other day and we got more clean towels than we needed. There is enough parking space and Nikos was always there to help. And we fell in love with Billy en Billina.

We had an amzing stay in the beautiful apartment. They helped us so much, we were delayed and they came especially to let us in and went out of there way to help us with other travelling issues we had. Also the bed was very comfortable we slept so well. Thank you for having us we'll be back!

Very nice apartment with beautiful terrace. All was clean and comfy. Landlord was very kind and polite. Typical Greek hospitality as it supposed be. Its super close to Fiskardo downtown and Assos. The mesmerising view! Perfectly located to visit Asos and just chill out or head to nearby areas including Fiscardo. We got a very warm welcome. The studio worked perfectly for our family of 4 (teenagers in separate room). The waterfront is gorgeous but tear yourself away for better food at Platanos with very friendly great service. Definitely recommend Linardos Apartments!

Cristos and Julia were lovely hosts and the apartment was clean and comfortable.
Gary and Anastasia and their son who was visiting for Easter are absolutely lovely and think about everything. The studio was perfect with two balconies with both amazing views. Bottled water throughout the whole duration of our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned regularly and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals when we wanted as well. Location is perfect with just a one minute walk to the beach for lovely swims
The styling of the building and the rental apartment is exceptionally artistic, beautiful and very, very comfortable. The bed was the best I've slept in during my visit on Kefalonia. The Wifi is very, very good and this made me truly happy. None of the other places I stayed at even came close.
Our host is a relaxed man, who was approachable and easy to have a nice chat with. I would definately return and just loved it there! His wife even had sweet tasty cake awaiting us upon our arrival.

Amazing view from the lovely little balcony - picture postcard worthy. Lovely welcome. Comfy big bed. Two minutes walk down to lovely quiet sheltered beach with loungers and sheltered swimming. Same time to restaurants. A wonderful studio apartment with all you need for a great stay in a beautiful location.
Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Met by Gary on arrival who made sure we knew where everything was. Great studio apartment for our overnight stay. Very clean and well equipped. Excellent location for access to beach, and tavernas.
The studio was lovely and the owner has been super nice to us! The view on Assos beach is great and you also get pegs to hang your clothes on the balcony. We could also drop off the bags at the owner apartment and pick them up after checkout. Overall it's been great!
