The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great and enough variety. Quiet hotel. Comfortable beds at the pool. Very nicely renovated bathroom. Nice to be able to rent a (good) car at the hotel. It may be a nice idea to have electric cars which can be charged at the hotel (“sustainably goals”).

Our family's recent stay at Kavos Psarou Studios & Apartments was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled quietly amongst olive trees and a mere 50 meters from the sea, the location provided the perfect blend of tranquility and beauty.
The warmth and willingness of the owner Nikos and his mum Kiki to help at every turn made us feel more like cherished guests than customers. The apartments themselves were offering stunning views and surrounded by a lush garden, it was a pleasure to wake up every morning to such a serene setting.
 Lovely serviced apartment in a good location with the balcony looking across the salt flats. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Proper hob and oven for anyone who wants to cook. Aircon in the bedrooms as well as the main area. Very helpful owner. Use of a very nice swimming pool in the studios behind if you buy drinks there.
We were self catering, our apartment had everything we needed; a fridge/freezer and full sized oven with a halogen hob. The apartment was cleaned every day and towels and bed linen changed every other day. The Hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them or for their staff. The restaurant, which was part of the complex was excellent - and reasonably priced. The pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds were available. It was also a short walk to the beach and shops.
Second time at this hotel, it’s run by a lovely welcoming family. Self catering apartments with the most amazing views. No pool but there is one 2 mins away and the food there is great.
There’s a lovely garden to lie in and steps straight into the sea.

Very well located studio apartment, the beach can be reached in 3 minutes by walk, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
Our room had a well equipped kitchen and was very clean, the cleaning lady was coming daily and changed towels and bed sheets during our stay.

There is a convenient supermarket located right next to it.
Wifi works very well, we had to work there for a couple of days and the internet connection was great so we could work without problems.
The apartment was cleaned frequently. The house is located directly at the beach, which is perfect for swimming. There are spots to sit in the sun and in the shade so it’s comfortable to hang out for everyone. The terrace was lovely to sit on. The view is amazing. It was good that the owners suggested a car rental agency (everything was perfect with our car).
Apartments were very clean, modern and spacious. Everything you needed for self catering.
The owner was brilliant, answering any questions and making sure we had what we needed.
