The appartment and pool were cleaned every day. The appartment was fully equiped (washing machine, tv, ac, iron, microwave...). Really there is no one thing we could wish for.
Breakfast was very delicious - combination of local and international.
The owner was very nice. He offerd us help with everything. He told us where are the best restaurants, beaches and places to visit.
I would recomend this stay to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at Annio Studios! As soon as we entered the property, we were in awe of the beautiful foliage, the gardens are so well kept and gorgeous. Our accommodations were perfect for our party of 4..the beds were comfortable- and the space was just what we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. It’s a perfect location, close to beach, restaurants, the bus station, and the little market!
We will absolutely recommend this place to anyone we know, and hope to return someday!

The staff were lovely and friendly. They were very helpful and accommodating. The location being a very short walk to the beach and having a private area away from the tourist hot spot was amazing. The roof top bar was amazing the food was simple greek food but tasted amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel but would recommend getting your own transport as the bus system isn't regular to the location of the hotel. But it was perfect for a beach holiday to relax and a supermarket is only a 10 min walk along the beach.

The host greeted me upon arrival and offered a lot of helpful information. The cottage was incredibly lovely and everything was brand new! I loved the location, view from the balcony and the local beach, even though it was more remote than I expected. Overall, it was a great spot!

Location was devine. Beautiful seas breezes, less than a minute from the beach. Parking on-site. Very peaceful and quiet. Spectacular views from the balcony. The apartment was clean and everything you would expect from a quiet Greek island town. The hosts were friendly and willing to accommodate anything they could to make our stay amazing, even dropping off some local treats. Taverna's were everywhere close and afar.
Nice and cozy studio apartment, it has everything you need. Located in a very remote area, so accessing it without a car is not easy. Nearby grocery shop is 15min walk and closes at 18:30. There is a local bus that can take you to Naxos center and the port area.
Very quiet location, directly near the beach. The apartment is equipped with everything you need during your stay. We bought some food in the nearby shop and made breakfast every morning. There are only a few restaurants in walking distance, so the variety is a little limited. We had no car which I would not recommend for people who dont like to walk (for us it was ok and we used the bus). Bus stop in walking distance.

The studio was very well equipped and even had a mini oven which is quite unusual in this type of accommodation. Simple, comfortable and sweet. The property is spotless and the gardens are beautiful. Quiet but within walking distance of a few great tavernas and fabulous beaches.

We loved everything about our experience with this place. You can easily reach it by bus from the port. The owner is wonderful, loving and caring. We enjoyed our time on the peaceful beaches around us and loved our terrasse with the nice shadow. All around the apartments are beautiful flowers, herbs and other plants growing. That makes it feel like in paradise. Thank you!
Clean, conveniently located and very friendly, I would certainly stay here again. The studios are located a short walk from the beach, via a taverna owned by the same family. Maria stays on site and ensures that the small group of studios are kept spick and span, she also was able to help with recommendations for car hire, which is pretty much essential to access this part of the island. If you are staying with family, be sure to check out the nearby cliff jumping spot, which you can find via google, it's just along the beach.
Sofia provided some of the best service we have ever had at a rental like this (and we have traveled a lot). She was very responsive to whatever we needed and was even proactive with things like helping us find our way around Naxos. Fantastic beach nearby. Highly recommend staying here.
