We absolutely loved the terrace and the view from it.
The apartment is very nice, they also clean it every day.
The parking place is provided and the owners are very friendly. There is possibility of self check in if nobody is there to wait for you.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay here in September.
Whilst we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel/apartments Romantica is very much a tale of two halves.
We booked a room in the new, modern section comprising a small number of apartments all named individually after areas on the island. The apartments are stunning, beautifully designed, ultra modern, spotlessly clean and with excellent facilities. We were so grateful we had booked the apartments as the hotel is starting to look a little old and tired in parts.
One of the best features of the apartments was the large balcony (which faced east) which we used every morning and evening to enjoy the panoramic views over the Aegean and Agia Pelagia. Our room was spacious, well equipped, had a small kitchenette with a fridge and excellent A/C. It was beautifully designed and decorated with modern furnishings and a super comfy bed. The apartments are also well insulated/sound proofed so you couldn’t hear noise from the neighbouring apartments.
We didn't use the pool at the apartments (which is more of a dipping pool) but we sat on the terrace in the evening on our return from the beach to enjoy a G&T and a nice cool Mamos!
The apartments have a beautiful outdoor central courtyard and bar area. Unfortunately, the bar had closed the week before we arrived as it was towards the end of the season (mid/late September).
The location was also perfect, within walking distance of the town and local restaurants and is a good base from which to access a number of beaches and explore the more remote villages in the north of the island.
The ladies on reception were amazing – super helpful, friendly and attentive and they could not do enough to help and please you. For guests with mobility issues they offer a transfer to the apartments by golf cart.
For us there was only a small negative which is that apartments join the (much older) hotel which is where breakfast was served.

Perfect location in the very centre of the island. The flat was clean and had everything we needed to cook, wash our clothes, big fridge/freezer, a/c. Mrs Matina is very friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. She also changes the towels and sheets way more often than a hotel (3 or 4 times in the 10 days we stayed).

Fantastic location in a heritage village, its extremely picturesque. The host was very welcoming and went through details of the island for us and provided a map with hand added details of the best areas, the daily weather updates provided were also great.

Beautiful location, beauuuutiful view from the balcony, very easy access to the beautiful beach and restaurants on the main road below our hilltop location (mind the steep hill if you're here without a car and walking during the hottest daytime hours, though). Very cute little apartments with all amenities -- kitchen, living room, bedroom, wifi, spacious balcony, all very welcoming and safe for my dog too.

Everything perfect, a small arrival problem was quickly resolved by a telephone call to the owner who went above and beyond to help out, this was much appreciated Great view from excellent well equipped apartment. Excellent base for a stay on Kythera island. Spyros was an excellent host and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. Extremely convenient location in the centre of Agia Pelagia with restaurants and beach seconds away. Highly recommended.
We loved our stay at Romantica Hotel Apartments. We decided to go with the sea view Delux apartment and it was really lovely and probably had the most comfortable bed during our whole stay on Greece. The view from the top deck near the pool was also awesome. The breakfast also was plentiful and delicious. The location was also great being close to all the restaurants. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend staying at this property.
very easy - met the host at the port and followed them to the apartment. Host is super friendly and an awesome knowledgebase of where to go and where to eat. Apartment is in a nice quiet area with a great view to agia pelagia beach. Comfy beds, and the room was getting cleaned daily which is just amazing. All windows have mosquite net which come in very usefull and the ac helps on the super hot days. Parking right outside the apartment.Thank you and will definately be back.
