Friendly, helpful host/owner. The modern house had plenty of rooms and space for the family with 6 adults, including modern kitchen appliances, a cool bar and a fabulous Wifi. The house is in a rural area with other rental homes. The spacious balcony has a large dining table and an amazing view of the ocean. There are air-conditioners in the rooms, and we found the fans to be sufficient during the night. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and activities in the region.
The hosts Christine and Vicent waiting for us and helping us with every information we needed was extraordinary/ very very friendly service :))))
We liked the location Malendure with nice beach, good snorcheling and easy reach for beach food and two big supermarkets close to Malendure Good bakery with baguette and croissants close , around 5 min drive by car

The apartment is located in a very nice area. The host is really responsive and I appreciated that she was really honest with everything. I had an issue and she managed the situation.
The pool and the view is the main draw of this fairly new property and both are really great but bear in mind that the hosts rent out two apartments directly beside each other so the pool is shared and if your neighbours are in the apartment privacy is scarce as you will hear all the conversations,cooking,toilet etc.The apartment itself is medium size to small but well equipped and the shower is lovely.
The apartment looks much better than on the photos. It's arranged in a rather simple but aesthetic manner. It's also big enough even for a longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and you a have a terrace for your disposal. There's also a small swimming pool. Plage Malendure is just just few minutes from there.
Amazing views, great location with lovely friendly and helpful owners. Easily walkable to the natural thermal baths (bains chauds Thomas) and also down to a small jetty where you can snorkel directly in the sea. Studio had amazing views of the sea and sunset directly from the balcony. Facilities were great with a pool and a small bar where the owner makes delicious cocktails from 6.30 each evening. Good location for exploring Basse Terre and going to Malendure for the turtles.
