Maryam's house is fantastic—clean, spacious, and with high ceilings. The bright interior and its location near famous sightseeing spots and restaurants make it a perfect place to stay. It was also an autism-friendly environment, which we greatly appreciated. I will definitely choose to stay here again with great pleasure and I would recommend this house to everyone!

A wonderful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Zugdidi. Very clean, spacious, bright, with panoramic views of the city from the 10th floor. Despite the remote location from the center, there is a convenient infrastructure and there are minibuses, buses and taxis (including group ones for 1 GEL) near the house. There are also all the necessary shops nearby to provide for gastronomic needs. A great place for a good holiday.

This is a large apartment that occupies an entire floor, a truly spacious apartment with a library and high ceilings. The water pressure and hot water temperature are excellent. There is a private yard and a parking space in the yard. The host is pleasant and sociable.
Great stay! The flat is spacious and comfortable and the terrace is really cozy. The hosts are friendly and we could park on the property.

From the moment we were welcomed, to the warm cozy feeling in our apartment, to the amazing fresh and excellent breakfast, it was a 10 out of 10!!! Honestly, there is nothing but praise here, in fact we changed our travel plans so that we get to stay 1 night at Khasia's on our way back. You can have breakfast in the spacious kitchen or grab a cup of coffee in the yard.
The host was super nice, he indeed, picked us at the train station as we couldn find taxi application. He explain everything and offer to turn heater if necessary. The apartment has kitchen, toilette, garden view, it is super clean and the hosts are super amicable and helpful. It is well located and the neighborhood is pretty quite, therefore is easy to rest and disconnect. Thanks for hosting us, just please change the mattress.
Well equipped apartment close to the center in a quiet street. Huge room, kitchen with everything you need and large bathroom are waiting for you.
Bakery, shops are nearby, the palace and the botanical garden are in easy walking distance also.
If we will stop in Zugdidi next time, we will stop here for sure.
Very big apartments for very cheap. On top the husband of the owner speaks good English and is very talkative. We really enjoyed the conversations with him and the homemade vodka 😊
