A wonderful place to stay. The host (Ia) is lovely and very attentive to her guests' needs. We immediately felt 'at home' via a Turkish coffee and a very pleasant chat, whilst admiring the view of the Caucasus' and a magnificent rose from Ia's flower garden - also bursting with grapes, persimmon, pomegranate, strawberries, tomatoes, quince - and chickens! The home-cooked meal was authentic and truly yummy, as was our homestay-arranged visit to a nearby small winery in Akhmeta.

The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was excellent. The location is quiet at night and very close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and sights. I made this trip to rest and do computer work. I was able to do it in a quiet comfortable place with no disturbances. There is a very convenient fenced area surrounding the entry to let my dog out and to prevent the dog from.getting into the street. The apartment had everything l needed except l did not find the washing machine which was advertised

These containers are in a top location, with stunning Caucasus mountain views, remote and peaceful atmosphere, yet so easily accessible by car. Tsinandali Estate is around the corner (5-10 minutes drive) and so are restaurants and a supermarket in Tsinandali. Just be sure to bring your own food, so you can enjoy using the kitchen, barbecue grill table or make a bonfire. As we understood from the owners it may be possible in the near future to order food at an additional fee if you request beforehand.
I stayed with my wife and 5 year old daughter. A big plus is that there's a fence around the container area, so kids can play safely and freely. Highly recommend!!

A lovely clean little apartment that is very central. Alex was a generous host and readily available to support in any way. After we arrived we had to double check the price, as we couldn’t believe it was right! It is a gift of a place.
Excellent location, lovely homely apartment, clean and comfy. Fast responses and very helpful to my troublesome queries (where to find a driver at the last min, where is the clinic). It is run by a very kind family - The grandparents and grandkids who showed us around; we even got to try grandma’s cake and grandpa’s homemade wines. A very delightful and comforting stay, huge thumbs up from me!
Really super location, very well maintained space. This apartment is on the ground floor, there are maybe 5 stairs to climb. It's also very central and cars can be parked outside. They have decorated the apartment very well, it is clean and has heating and cooling options

We stayed in the large one bedroom apartment for just one night. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 3. We had a plentiful, relaxed breakfast served in the beautiful garden. Zaal was welcoming and kind. He gave us a nice bottle of his wine and some chacha for the road. I’d recommend this guest house.
The apartment was perfect for our family. The separate entrance was useful, so we could come and go without disturbing anyone.

Perfect, central location. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen - pots and pans included. The bathroom is spacious and clean, towel service is included, so is a hairdryer. The bed is super-comfortable.
