Very cosy cottage in the centre of Mestia, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and all the necessary facilities. The stove makes it very convenient. Sometimes it may be quite cold in winter, so be prepared. We’ve stayed here twice in winter, in the summer it is surely warmer. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

The house is very cozy, everything was just like in the photos. The beds were really comfy with lots of really warm blankets. Everything worked well and there were all the necessary things like dishes, a microwave, a hairdryer and so on. We also had a Christmas tree inside🎄. We absolutely loved our stay at Guesthouse Data! We first stayed in the cottage and after our Mestia-Ushguli trek we stayed in an apartment. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. But what we loved the most was the sympathy and care from the host (and the delicious breakfast of course :D). Thank you for everything!
I like the property equipment, the location was not bad-not far from the center of town,
near the apartment is restaurant with good food and suitable prices . the hostess Tamara was pleasant and immediately
reacted to our requests.
Very nice guy (probably husband of the owner?) Checked us into a very beautiful little cottage like apartment with own kitchen. With a nice view to the ancient Svan towers. Very clean place. Maybe little bit further from the Mestia center, but still about 10-15 minutes walk.
The view from balcony was really nice, the location is really close to city centre. The family was really kind and helpfull, we had s flat tire and the owner really helps us with all.
We stayed a family with two kids and had no problem walking the distance to the center, approx 20 min. Perfect with washing machine in the apartment! It was clean, cozy and we all enjoyed the stay and sleept very good. We stayed almost a week and had a good time!
Apartment was huge, with two bedrooms, studio type living room and private bathroom. Apartment was super clean, with good location. Host was very kind and hospitable. She gave us homemade cake and svan salt.
