The location is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The accomodation is not on a hill or anything like that so it is very easy to just walk everywhere from here.

I have only positive things to say about Apartment Gardenia. Our host, who stays upstairs in the same house, met us in the middle of the night to give us the keys and introduce the house. The house was perfectly clean and had a nicely nostalgic, cozy atmosphere. All of the rooms were very spacious and had heaters for wintertime. The house is walking distance from all Kutaisi sights. Shops, ATMs etc are near. There is lots of room to park cars in front of the house on the street. The street is in a quiet neighbourhood. Overall it is very warmly recommended, and to the host I want to say we are really sorry, if we were a bit loud.

The host is an extremely kind lady! A real mother figure wanting to make sure everything is ok with the very large room, beautiful bathroom,..
She showed us some local spots we should visit and even some for our next destination further into the country. We also drank some of their homemade wine (which was delicious) and the very big breakfast they offered as well. To say it short; amazing location, great help finding local spots and a very friendly host!
