The apartment was very well presented, and very comfortable. The location was great, with an easy tram link into central Manchester just across the road. The assistance provided by Stephen was first class - he was very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge.

The kitchen have all the necessary cooking utensils, microwave and oven etc. This is very useful as I can prepare my own breakfast and dinner instead of dining out.

Breakfast great, room was a bit dated, good hot powerfull shower though, pillows flat and lumpy not cumfy, I had stains on the pillow cases and when I looked inside it was full of long hairs, put me off sleeping on it. I made this aware to reception they promptly dropped off some new pillows and clean pillow cases.
Hotel itself is very nice and our room was clean. The bathroom decor is a little dated but was clean, which is more important.
We ate at the Flat Iron Grill which was very nice though a little pricey.
Breakfast was very nice. Great that they had options for decaf coffee in the machine.

The whole hotel was well appointed in all places, room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was spotless! The staff were really helpful and friendly and helped make our short stay very relaxing, certainly the place to stay when we next visit the area

A really clean family home. Had everything we needed for our short stay in Manchester.
We needed somewhere to stay to attend a birthday in the area, so it was perfect. Only 10 mins from the restaurant and 10 mins from our niece who lives nearby. Unfortunately didnt see how close the train station was but we are planning on going back so maybe in the next review!
This hotel is in a great location to explore Worsley, with lots of places to eat & drink. The staff are always welcoming & nothing is too much trouble for them. We have stayed numerous times when visiting our daughter who lives in the area. We have never been disappointed. There is a lot of refurbishment going on, so the property offers even more comfort. The hotel reception area is light & spacious. The bedrooms are large & fully equipped for a long or short stay. Best hotel for value, we have stayed at in a long time.
Reception were very good. The room was spotless (no 158). The pub around the corner had a great atmosphere and dinner was very good. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The location was great, just 20 mins from ITV studios for Coronation street tour.
