We stayed at the cottage for 1 night whilst visiting family it was lovely place to stay and we felt comfortable and safe and the house was easily accessible.

Clearly a property with good renovation. Flooring, shower, quality taps. Electric heating.
We hope that the landlord is appreciated for his renovation work and if he finishes the snags and entrance pathway , tidies up the property outside of various broken steps, fencing and all walkways and cleans throughout before each client this property could then command a tad more in income.

I had a lovely time over Christmas with my two dogs. The view from the dome and hot tub were stunning, and the dome had all the facilities I needed. Communication with the owners was excellent both before with very clear instructions and answers to questions, and whilst I was there. The bed was very comfortable. Although I didn’t use it whilst I was there, the provision of wood etc for the fire pit and bbq was a lovely touch. Excellent location for short car ride to beautiful dog walks nearby and only a couple of minutes drive from shops if needed. The heater provided kept the dome lovely and warm whilst there.

If you looking for the Ritz Its not this. Suitable For those that enjoy camping ,Open fires .Cooking outdoors on a fire. More comfortable then a tent with some extras TV internet always a big plus. There is a games room suitable for young adults and Kids. Beautiful views and great sunsets If you are looking for rustic bush life, as close as you going to get near Lincoln. Also some very good fishing not far away. Fishing lake not connected to property but very close by 500 yards. There is also a small fishing pond 60 yards away next door. Did not try there. When you book the very fair price needs to be considered .Where else.

Our second visit to The Golf Studio was excellent again.
Very comfortable spacious room which was immaculately clean. Tasty breakfast served in our room & parking immediately outside the door.
Bob & Donna were extremely friendly & welcoming & we appreciated Bob's tips for playing the golf course. We will be back to try and improve on our scores!

The location was ideal for our short stay and there was plenty of attractions nearby .
I loved the fact it was a B&B but with a difference. Just 2 rooms attached to the owners accommodation both rooms were studios not just with tea and coffee facilities but with a fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kitchen sink and table and chairs. This means if you want to you have the ability to be semi self catering. The room was well furnished and clean. Breakfast was brought to the room and was a full English breakfast and really nicely cooked . I felt nothing was too much trouble for the owners.

Everything was wonderful - the room was lovely, nice and clean, the shower was good, shower gel was provided in the shower cubicle. The welcome was a warm one from the staff and the man went above and beyond by letting us plug in our vehicle battery overnight because it had gone flat on the journey up. The breakfast was fresh, well-cooked and delicious. I would definitely stay there again.
