Sharron was very friendly and helpful and offered good suggestions for local restaurants and things to visit in the area. The propertly was in a great location for us to visit the local attractions. An easy walk into town and a safe and quiet place to stay.

Richard and Cathy were very welcoming hosts. They greeted us and provided a great folder with local activities, places to eat and advice. The accommodation was in a quiet location but still close to the town and had breathtaking countryside views. Every room was cleaned thoroughly, especially the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and they kindly left us a sweet treat. The family definitely exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit again!

Lovely, clean comfortable house with everything we needed
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Lovely modern and comfortable apartment. Very kind gesture of a gift basket on arrival, also bread and milk, which was a great help! Parking was safe and secure, and Jacky was extremely helpful in giving all the info required. There's a coop over the road, and a great pub called the Knockerdown serves very nice food about a 10-minute journey away.
We stayed here to go Alton Towers, and it was the perfect base. The arcade machine is a plus and was well used by my 3 teens.
It was a beautiful chapel apartment and very comfortable like home.

The car park space was for each chapel apartment - 6 altogether.
Some food was provided, which was a nice surprise. The accommodation was really lovely. The explanation of where to park and collect the keys was very well done.

Amazing apartment! It was so cleaner and as a cleaner by profession I was very impressed! The welcome basket was such a lovely touch. There is so much to see and beautiful views will be back again.
The apartment is a nice cozy cottage snuck in Winksworth and away from the attractions in Matlock. Very practical for a 4 member family. Some fixing in the bathroom will make the property spot on.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. The attention to detail and the quality of decor and appliances was clear. The whole space was very welcoming. The added touch of the welcome pack was lovely. It was so thoughtful and made us feel ‘looked after’ right away. In general, for a relatively small space, the way it was organised made it seem very spacious.
Beautiful apartment, great location, easy to contact the owner too. Clearly a lot of effort goes into this apartment, extremely clean and well equipped I think it's the best one we have stayed in 😀
