I booked last minute and from start finish the experience was superb. Sue kept in touch via text and was really accommodating. Sue's husband showed us around and gave us some local hints of where to visit; what a lovely person! The accommodation was warm, welcoming and spotless; more of a home from home than just somewhere to stay. Dog and child friendly. Value for money, coming in slightly cheaper than equivalent hotel's for the same amount of people; I'm glad I took the decision to go local, worth every penny!

So well equipped with more than everything you could need! Games, info, biscuits, milk, tea... It was endless. We've never been to a place that is so thoughtful. Genuinely the best stay we've had.

we have been on the road for seven weeks now and this would have to be the absolute best property we have stayed in!!
It has everything anyone could need and has been very thoughtfully abd generously appointed.
If we didn’t have onward bookings, we would stay here longer.

Fabulous location and great to have a parking space. In general, the apartment was well maintained and well equipped for a short stay. Also appreciated that it was dog friendly.
Beds were comfy. Apartment was warm and reasonably clean. Welcome pack was very handy and parking very easy as next to front door. OK for the 3 nights we stayed.
The management were helpful in arranging a ground floor flat as I have mobility difficulties.
Private, self-contained apartment that was a real home-away-from-home. The flat was clear, spacious, and well located. Although we were there in winter, we found it comfortable, well insulated and warm. The internet worked well and all appliances were functional. Excellent for an independent family stay.

The studio apartment appeared recently decorated and was beautifully presented. The bed was comfortable, there was outside space with a small table and chairs, cooking facilities were adequate and the apartment is situated quite close to shops and restaurants.
This is the second time I've stayed at the West Beach Holiday Apartment's, and I will definitely be coming back. They're clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and a pleasure to stay in. See you in October when I plan to return to Devon again
