All of it. Quiet, cosy, clean. Kelly and Simon are lovely hosts and very helpful with recommendations and any local information we were looking for. There was a lovely welcome back waiting for us which was so kind and set us up for breakfast the next morning, along with a lovely, fresh, bunch of flowers. We both slept so well there. Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Hayling hideaway. :)

In my situation, visiting family with no transport, Grace Lodge is perfect. On a good bus route, shops and restaurants nearby and a short distance down to the beach and a nice area to go for a walk in. Grace Lodge also has the facilities to enable me to entertain my family if I so wished and use of the garden would be a bonus if the weather was good.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The description is a little confusing as it states the property is bed and breakfast but the breakfast is only provided in the house accommodation, as the West Wing is self catering, although provisions can be supplied.
Close to the beach, bike rental option, swimming pool, comfy beds, lots of outdoor space for kids and dog. Great hosts, gave us useful tips about the local area.
Clean and comfortable studio annexe in a quiet location. A lovely view of fields with grazing ponies. The location felt tucked away but was a short drive away from local attractions and amenities.
Really interesting conversion in gorgeous surroundings. The apartment was spacious and had anything you could ask for. Ruth was a super friendly host and very accommodating.
