It was simple to get the keys, however the code that booking.com sent us to open the lock box wasn't correct and we therefore had to ring the door bell for the owners to assist us. Thankfully they were really lovely and very helpful!

Lovely spacious apartment, well equipped and off-road parking. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Location of the apartment is great, shops and restaurants just around the corner, close to lovely river walks and easy access to city centre, took around half an hour by foot but there’s regular buses for £2 single ticket (can’t say how much for return as we didn’t need it)
Was really clean and tidy, and a good size for a flat, bonus for us was that it was really close to the cricket ground which was the purpose of our visit. Hosts were really friendly and communicated with us right up to the day of our stay. Would definitely stay there again, was really impressed with the property.
