A charming hotel in the heart of the village with friendly staff. We stayed in the loft apartment with two dogs, which had ample room and a comfortable atmosphere and amenities. Although the rooms were above the pub’s bustling courtyard, this room was behind double doors and exceptionally quiet. We had a lovely time.
The location was perfect 5 mins walk from the key. The apartment was immaculate, very modern and spacious with everything you could think of for a holiday apartment. Kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Bed was really comfortable and large shower in bathroom . Lounge was spacious and comfortable with a large tv and wifi throughout. Covered parking space included with is rare in Wells
we liked everything about this holiday apartment. a lovely hamper on arrival, plus all the useful extras like salt and pepper, tea, coffee, milk etc. The kitchen was remarkably well equipped. we could even have baked a cake if it took our fancy. The location is so central it makes for a great spot to watch the boats go by. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix went down well with the kids too. As did the super thick and snuggly robe jumpers.
Spacious well equipped modern apartment. Well placed for a very short walk to the centre of Wells next the Sea. Very comfortable all round. Complete control over our heating system by remote handset a very good feature.
The flat is a 5 min walk to the shore. Though it was small it was perfect for a short stay to explore the immediate area.

N/A Self catering. The lay out of the apartment was good and the welcome hamper. The location of the apartment very good walking out straight onto the quay and nice walk to the beech.
The location was perfect as the apartment was on the Quay. You could walk to the beach, browse the shops, walk along the Norfolk coast path very easily. Car parking is included in the accommodation cost and the car park is less than 5mins walk away (very convenient). The entire apartment is very light and airy, great space. If you want to go on the coastal bus, the bus is near Stearman’s car park.
Great location in town centre by the harbour. Immaculate small first floor apartment in modern building. Self catering with all you need. Short walk to Wells beach which joins Holkham beach. Allocated parking. Wells is a beautiful, busy seaside town. Really enjoyed the 1 night stay.
