Luke, the host, was very good with directions and communication with us. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers and spacious bathroom. Designated parking space for our car was fantastic.

For us it was the location to the shore for us to paddleboard. But in addition it's location to a selection of good pubs and restaurants was a bonus.
The facilities were basic but enough for our stay. The accomodation was small but enough for our stay.

A spacious, beautiful one bedroom apartment with every comfort. Shannon our host could not have been more helpful. She gave us lifts to and from the local pub and the South Downs way.
Shannon is a fantastic host who kindly picked us up from the South Downs Way trail and even dropped us off in the village for supper. For this reason, don't be put off if you're on foot. The Studio is large, tastefully furnished and decorated, and was spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped. It's good value. The location is very special, particularly if you're looking to get away from it all.
We had walked from Winchester on the South Downs Way largely in heavy rain. I called Shannon from Exton and she collected us. The studio was very comfortable and we were able to relax before an nice meal at Shoe Inn. Breakfast was excellent with fresh local produce. All in all we felt really welcomed by a very friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble and I would thoroughly recommend the studio. For walkers when leaving you follow the old railway line and pick up the SDW where it continues from Exton.
We loved everything! The scenery, the environment, the view and the studio! Amazing! Our little one had lots of fun outside on the trampoline and swings. It is a perfect place to switch off with family.
Shannon was friendly and welcoming. A late check out was possible during our stay and we had a nice lie in. the location was great, in the middle of nature with plenty of hikes options. The studio was spacious and warm with nice facilities, including a fully equiped kitchen
It was amazingly clean and well stocked. The apartment was very comfortable with great amenities. Beautiful views and very peaceful. Great sofa . 10/10 stay.

Stunning studio - such generous space and a fantastic host who couldn't do enough for us. The layout and setting are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well-furnished and everything is spotlessly clean. Absolutely perfect spot.
