The staff were polite and efficient. After seeing the apartment (19), I went down to reception to check out (after only being there less than an hour). The receptionist asked what I wasn't happy about and immediately offered another suite. We took a look at their penthouse (31) and decided to stay. It was warm with radiators in all the rooms, more inviting with a layout that flowed better once the doors were proped open with our cases (there still were some locked doors) there wasnt any street noise, or offices looking in. I wouldn't say it's 5*, the apartments lack quality and comfort.
The security and location were great. Onsite parking (£30 for 2 nights)

Clean ,bright,comfortable, location was great for purpose of our visit .. had everything you need washing machine- fridge freezer microwave toaster kettle everything you could need in the kitchen .. towels provided good quality- shampoo and body wash products were available and good make- parking available all be it quite tight to park if there is another vehicle there,

The location was very good. Apartment was clean and tidy and the bathroom was very nice. Good to have wifi but no info given on what the code was but we located it in the router. Often the main door of the building was left open by other residents in spite of signs saying not to leave it open.
We had 3 apartments 2 of which were really good (9&10) room 3 will be as good when finished.. Comfy beds, great facilities look good.. Charlie was great with communication
Lovely modern apartment. Very clean. Lovely touches to make it very pleasant to stay in. Owner left basics such as milk, and toiletries. Having one parking space was great too.
Owner reacted positively to previous feedback left. Apartment was as we expected. Hosts were extremely flexible and helpful. Although it's a self catering place, there is always milk left for us, which is great after a long journey.
This is the second time we have started and definitely won't be the last.
Host is friendly, correspondence between us was always good. 100% recommended.
We stayed at the studio apartment. It was great, because it was fully fitted with everything. The place was in a good condition, comfortable and clean. We had to contact the management a few times, but they were very good, replying promptly and friendly staff attended to us. I would stay here again.
