The location was brilliant. It was just a block away from the car park, although we parked on the street. It was just 2 blocks from the downtown center, yet very quiet. The apartment was well organized and easy to use.

Foregiving the below, we thoroughly enjoyed the flat, area, beach and weather. which we couldnt have 'booked', and expecting rain, this had been why we chose the apartment, which like i said - had everything you could want in bad weather. It was warm, dry and comfortable.
This property is in a great central location for exploring Cornwall and is a tasteful and high quality renovation of a farm building.
Everything you need for a long or short stay is to hand and there is plenty of room to relax.
There is excellent parking right next to the apartment.
The Host, Liz is most helpful with information about the area and with extra treats on arrival, and can assist with anything you need.
Loved the spacious size of the room, the mini fridge, little table and chairs, view over Truro, comfortable bed, very good bathroom, little entrance area for hanging clothes, shelving space. Felt very homely like a studio apartment.
We were upgraded to a small studio flat in the car park, ideal as we were on a round Britain car trip and saved carrying luggage up stairs.
There was a lovely restaurant and bar and spent a wonderful evening with my brother who lives local.
The studio flat looks brand new and has everything needed and even more as there is a fully equiped kitchen.

The studio apartment was totally clean and well equipped. It was also in a good position for food shopping with Spar and the Co-op opposite! A very nice place to stay.
Lovely spacious apartment a short walk away from the centre of Truro. It was impeccably clean and as we were travelling with a toddler were delighted at the facilities in the flat - it had everything that you could think of for an easy stay and the bedroom was huge for the three of us. The owners had also kindly made up a toddler bed for us without us even asking. Unfortunately the weather was a little miserable so we didn't try out the hot tub.
