Beautiful characteristic flat in quirky Totnes, yet very clean and it meets modern standards. Close to the town centre, the high street is just a stone’s throw away. The owner will respond very swiftly to any request. We had a great stay. Parking your car might potentially be an issue as there’s no on-site parking. However, if one’s willing to walk for about 5 minutes, free parking is just around the corner.

The room was cozy, well appointed, and comfortable. Sofa bed opens up to a double bed that adjoins the main double bed, which was perfect for our family with two children under 3. Shower was amazing. Driving instructions and instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. Hosts were super friendly, and provided a spare bottle of hand soap, which was running low. We made good use of the alfresco table and chairs for breakfast as the sun was shining during our stay. Parking was straightforward and nearby, even if the single lane road was a little tight, but that can't be helped in most English villages! Would stay again :)

This apartment was amazing! More than enough room for a family of 4 & decorated beautifully. Not a far walk from the beach & kids loved watching the steam trains go by.

Had a fantastic night here on our way to Cornwall. It is a fantastic property, only a few minutes walk from the centre on Paignton. The flat is very well equipped and exceptionally clean.

Excellent location becauae it's close to High Street but quiet (apart from the seagulls!). Sofa was long enough to make for an extra bed in the living area.

Very interesting. Wonderful gardens. Great breakfast. Excellent staff and though I had to request a bathmat for the shower, one was provided straight away. I suggest having them available in each room. More important than the fan, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. At least put a notice up clearly telling guests to request one if required. I say this as I broke my ankle in a rental not long ago and received substantial compensation from the letting company.
Beautiful very large studio apartment, excellent facilities and everything was thought about. Good range of helpful things left such as cleaning products, foil etc. The hosts had left a bottle of wine and bread/butter/milk which was very thoughtful! A very relaxing stay, wish we had longer!

Hosts were friendly and polite but the studio was nice and private.
Tucked in a quiet Devon valley, surrounded by a beautiful garden and countryside the Studio is a perfect location for getting away. The Apex flat has great facilities, we mostly self-catered, buying fresh fish locally, and comfortably furnished. The velux windows offering great views and ventilation in the hot weather. We enjoyed eating in the set aside area. In the shared garden, our friendly hosts were very careful to guard our privacy.
This really is a little gem. Although very close to the High Street it is exceptionally quiet. The view from the balcony over the garden is lovely. The apartment is fully equipped with all you need for self catering. Comfy bed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
