The property is a really good size and being on two floors works really well. The bed is very comfy, got a good nights sleep as it is a quiet area, coupled with a good shower it set us up for a day exploring. There's lots of little things that make the stay really comfortable, like all the kitchen utensils and we loved the lava lamp! Everyone mentions the snack which is a lovely way to start your stay. Big thumbs up and we'd definately recommend and stay again

Room was a great size and nicely decorated. Appreciate having placement of sockets to charge devices. It's was very accessible and location is great to get to Exmouth and Topsham. Walking distance to Darts Farm. Good food in the pub.

The Café below is also really excellent and so handy for breakfast, lunch etc

Great combination of a big, light kitchen/dining room and a cosy sitting room. Secure parking in the garden which was also perfect for letting the tiny dog we were looking after run around. Easy to get to, just off the M5. Short walk to the town. Helpful host when we phoned with a question. Great price for a 3-bed property.
Fantastic location for a short break or a holiday. The apartment was great and made our stay that much more pleasurable. Topsham is a brilliant town and has a lot going on for everyone.
The cottage was perfect for our short stay and the hosts were in touch to make sure we had arrived and that everything was as we wished. The location is perfect and the facilities are great giving you a homely feel for your stay. Will would certainly recommend this accommodation, so long as you're not planning on visiting the times we plan to over the next year. :D
We were late arriving, but the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was warm and comfortable. The evening meal was just what was needed after the long drive. A good nights sleep was followed by breakfast, with plenty of choice to eat and drink, perfect!
Then to the ample car park only to find we had a flat tyre! Thanks for letting us wash our hands after that was fixed.
