Great location: quiet area but near the beach. Well presented property that was both clean and cosy. Very comfortable bed. I enjoyed evenings with the warmth from the log burner. I loved the lighting. Thanks for the milk and Welsh cakes to welcome me. My dog and I had a wonderful couple of days.

Well equipped apartment with easy access to beach and a quiet bedroom at the rear of the property. Short walk to nearby shops. Short drive to the idyllic beaches of the Gower.
Great location for exploring Mumbles and The Gower Peninsula. The parking is an obvious bonus as finding a space in Mumbles is difficult. Check in instructions from the owner were clear and the apartment was clean and comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. Ideal for a couple on a short break
Views from property great. Although studio styled for kitchen & room it was spacious. Bedroom was spacious but location of bed made one of have to climb over the other to get out. Shower was great.

Over the road from a coffee shop/vegan cafe and a chip shop...a couple of minutes you were on Newton Street 7 bars, and eateries were...five minutes down the road was lots of bars and restaurants on the seafront.
The apartment didn't want for nothing...it even had a two washing tablets, and 4 dishwasher tablets, soap, shower gel, salt and kitchen roll.
The flat is pretty basic from the outside but very centrally located with many pubs, bars and restaurants very close by. It’s also very helpful to have a private parking space. The apartment was clean and equipped with basic equipment.
