Very attentive owner, there was no tea towels or a chopping board so I informed the owner the night we arrived, he then went to Tesco had brought them first thing the next morning.
Very quick to respond to my messages both at the stay and afterwards regarding the refund.

Lovely comfortable property with all. The owner met us when we arrived and they had supplied essentials for us such as milk, tea, coffee, bread and butter. Loved the complimentary Rituals Handwash and bath/shower gels for us to use. The property was in a great location ideal for the tube.

Very clean, modern, self catering apartment. Lacked nothing. Very clear, easy to follow instructions for checking in. 2 minutes away from the tube station. We really enjoyed out stay.
I liked it as it is near buses, trains, nice interior. The flat has everything what you need for short stay in London. They changed towels every few days, cleaned bathroom and emptied rubbish bins every day which was very useful. Wifi is very good. Studio has all plates, pan, cups, soap and sponge for cleaning. The bathroom has shampoo, body wash and soap.
This was a very nice apartment to stay in, which made a better impression in real life than it did from the photos. It is a very modern flat, with a well-equipped kitchen, and both the regular bathroom and en-suite bathroom were spotlessly clean.
